| Day 01 Kathmandu to Zhangmu / Naylem (3700m) : Departure in Saturday and Tuesday and tour is in a group join basis: Early morning drive to Kodari, complete immigration and custom formalities and overnight at Hotel Zhangmu or Naylam. | Day 02: Naylem / Zhangmu to Xegar (4350m) : Crossing Lalung la passes (5050m). This day's drive offers fantastic view of the high mountain including Mount Everest. |
| Day 03: Xegar to Shigatse (3900m) : Drive about 8 hrs to Shigatse has the famous Tashimpo Monastery and the seat of Panchen Lama, Overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 04: Xigatse - Gyantse : After a morning visit to the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, a short two hours drive to Gyantse, a small town that once served as the capital of a small kingdom. O/N in hotel. |
| Day 05: Gyantse - Lhasa (3600m) : A scenic drive through the Karo La Pass and Kamba La Pass with a very good view of the Yamdrok Tso Lake. Then you cross the mighty Brahmmaputra River to arrive in Lhasa. O/N in hotel. |
| Day 06-07: (Two full days in Lhasa), April 27 - 28 : Sightseeing and excursion of the Potala palace, the Jokhang Temple, surroundings of Barkhor Market, Drepung and Sera Monasteries. O/N in hotel. |
| Day 08: Lhasa - Kathmandu : Transfer to airport to fly back to Kathmandu |

Mode of Payment & Booking Conditions
- We accept cash, credit card and payment through bank. A non-refundable deposit of 10 percent must be paid at time of booking and booking form must be completed.
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure.
- Travel insurance with unlimited medical cover is compulsory for all trips to Nepal.
- A visa for Nepal is to be obtained prior to departure from your home country, or it can obtain in the Kathmandu airport. Please note your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months after your return and two additional passport-sizes pictures are required.
Cancellation Fees
If cancellation in writing is received by Langtang Ri Trekking more than 45 days prior to departure, the non-refundable deposit will be retained (maximum 10% of total land price) plus any air cancellation fees that may apply.
If cancellation is received within 45 days of departure, the following per person cancellation fees will apply:
15 - 45 days prior to departure: 25% of total price
7 - 14 days prior to departure: 35% of total price
Less than 7 days prior to departure: 50% of total price (except for the total cost of government fees)
On departure day or later: 100% of total price.

Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary, but as this is adventure travel in a remote mountain region we cannot guarantee it! Weather conditions and the health of trekkers can all contribute to changes. The guides and their assistants will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if necessary.
Accommodation on the trek & Food : You will be accommodated in hotel & tent while on the trek. These are simple, local-run guesthouses with twin-share or single rooms. Toilets and showers are of varying standards. Typical food available for lunch and dinner is Nepali rice & lentils, pasta, potato dishes, soups or pizzas. Delicious pancakes, porridge, toast and eggs are the main breakfast fare, while tea, coffee and hot chocolate are always available. You will probably be pleasantly surprised at the variety of food at the lodges.
Physical Fitness : There are a lot of steep ascents and descents on the trek and a good level of fitness is required. Some days you may be required to walk up to six hours. Please note that the estimated walking time each day will vary according to the overall fitness of the group and weather conditions.
Footwear & Clothing : Bring well broken-in walking shoes, suitable for snow; thick socks, light socks, camp shoes; down or fiber filled waterproof jacket and pants; sweater or fleece jacket; underwear; warm and cotton or polypropylene pants or jeans; shirts and T-shirts; shorts; long underwear; wool hat; sun hat; gloves; bathing suit; comfortable track/gym suit.
